My name is Benedetta and I am a 27 yo from Italy. I call myself a citizen of the world and my 'home' changes frequently as l am very eager to explore and have new adventures and experiences to enrich me. I am so excited to embark on one of my biggest adventures, a WHV in Australia!!

I am a yoga teacher currently studying for my 300hrs TTC online as well as a Somatic Healing course, I am very interested in spirituality, energy work and personal development. I also create and sell magical macramé jewels that I make with love and intention.

I love cooking healthy and earthy vegetarian/vegan meals that nourish the body and the soul. I have many other passions and I am always open to learn new skills and get my hands dirty!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really love the concept and the philosophy of this community! My favorite thing about CS is that every time I’m traveling and staying with a local I get to see and experience things that you wouldn’t do as a average tourist and I always leave with a grateful heart wishing I could have stayed more!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of different kind of music so my shuffle goes from medecine music to Italian old classics, from tekno to bossanova, psy trance to rock…. I find it pretty funny :)

I basically don’t watch tv anymore but I will always appreciate a good old movie.. my favorite movie is The Green Planet and you should watch it if you haven’t!!!!

I really like reading although I’m not doing it so often lately and I really enjoy books about spirituality, esotericism, travels… I believe the right book comes to you at the right time

I can share yoga practices and general knowledge about yoga and spirituality . I took a Thai massage course and I would love to learn more about it and practice. I would love to learn more about sustainable living and self-sufficiency, gardening, permaculture, bio construction and so on. Always ready to share good vibes, a good conversation or an adventure.
