About Me

Im renovating a house so atm no couchsurfing im so sorry but we can meet if you want

I have a big diversity of interests ranging from how the world can be saved to 10 best ways to have an awesome partynight. I live in the centre of Bruges.

Sportswise i am into American Football, been playing it since i was 11 in Belgium, but i also really like boxing, crossfit, running, fitness, swimming, ... i need exercise to channel my energy.

Workwise, i am really into container terminal operations, i have a strong passion for this work and will spend alot of time trying to think of ways to optimise operations. I admire dock labor and the way it has established itself in todays port society. If you want to talk hours with me talk about containers and ships, but i also respect people not giving a damn about this :).

Its very hard for me to keep up with everybody that has surfed at my place. Please don't take it personal if i can't keep on messaging after you are gone even when i know that most people that are here are awesome personalities. The world is one big village and in that village i like to be the one organising pyjamaparties :D. I just love eating food from all over the world .

My most interesting thing in bruges is the boat from Bruges to Damme, it goes very slow but i think you can really relax and enjoy the view, a bit of an example of the slow economy.

I kinda prefer groups of people because one guy hosting tends to get me drunk and one girl hosting can get a bit akward at times. So if you are in a group i like that more, if you really can't change that fact just take a shot maybe i feel like saying yes. The only reason why i sometimes don't host people is because i have stuff to do or because i don't wanna overdo it with having too many people in one period and then not feeling like going the extra mile because of it.

I really wanna learn how to dance salsa more because of the mexican parties, so if you can teach me in that you get a plus too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing broadens my horizon and i really feel like i have gotten to know some very awesome people while hosting people. Its also a excuse to go out into Bruges and Belgium and guiding people around.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Passed for 20 TD and ran for 20 TD in one season of seven games thanks to my awesome team at the time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am not doing tequila, just never ( i did mescal in mexico in 2017 and it was just as bad of a night )... :D after 30 years old shots become an instant killer. I got robbed in New Orleans while being shotted, the memory will never fade 😑😂

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am just a fun guy, i see life as something that needs to be lived to the fullest. I will respect your privacy vigoriously. I also like to work for some time if you show me how to do the activity like chopping wood, doing the dishes, cleaning your car, ... I will prob stay at hostel mostly because i dont like to irritate the host but i like meeting new likeminded people so meeting up is more important than hosting. Except in Japan because its really expensive i heard :)
