I enjoy talking, but when the opportunity arises I really like to sing, dance, drum and play.

Interests

I live in the country and in the summer I spend a lot of time at home tending my vegetable garden and enjoying the company of trees. I am presently involved in a collective dance project using improv inspired by the viniards and orchards which are part of the natural setting here where I live. I also paint or create mixed media work involving natural objects. I am interested and have training in various healing modalities such as Art Therapy, Cranio-sacral therapy and shamanic energy medecine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a month in San Pedro la Laguna on Lake Atitlan last February and fell in love with the place and its people. I led a week of meditation and ritual there, benefiting from the powerful and beautiful energy of the lake and volcanoes. I am planning to return to Guatemala next December 21rst to celebrate the great passage announced by the Mayan calendar.
