Hello Everyone,
My name is Benedikt Schuster, I'm 19 years old and taking a break between school and university for traveling (as far as that is possible ;) ). I grew up in a big patchwork family with my big sister, my big brother and my little brother.
I see myself as a sociable, humorous and communicative person who enjoys new challenges and passionately loves doing sports. I played football in a club for about nine years and I ride my bike a lot, do tours with canoes with my friends or family and really enjoy playing cards.
I love meeting new people and explorig new places and it is one of my biggest goals in life to see as much of the world as possible.
In 2020 I finished high-school and am traveling since. The last year I spent in Costa Rica as a volunteer working with disabled children. When I finished my work in December I kept traveling south to explore more of Latin American country's.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really appreciate Couchsurfing, because it is a perfect way to combine the experience of meeting new people and have a direct contact to other cultures. Naturally, the fact to spend less money (especially for sleeping) is a great benefit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In summer 2019 me and my best friend traveld from Munich to Venice with bycicles across the Alps. It was an incredible experience and we met so many nice people and saw unbelievable landscape.
Almost every vacation with friends or family I am traveling with bikes or with canoes somewhere in Europe
