Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I have just found out about Couchsurfing as it is not a huge thing in Australia. Though, I hope to, when I can, offer my place in Australia for people to couch surf at!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed once in Copenhagen. It was an absolute pleasure, the host was welcoming and his local knowledge was much appreciated!

Interests

I love games - League of Legends, Guild Wars 2.

I tend to follow a lot of American television series:

I enjoy watching movies - particularly sci-fi fantasy based ones.

I love writing and reading. Learning something new is always a pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies:

Sci-fi fantasy again, my most watched movie would be Lord of the Rings: Return of the king.
I love a good horror movie.
Animated movies are a breath of fresh air.

Music:

I tend to have a wide range of musical taste. I can go from listening to classical music to 90's pop in a heartbeat. If I had to choose one genre that is most played I would select alternative rock.

Books:

I love sci-fi fantasy books particularly Harry Potter, The tales of Lorien (I am number Four series), The Books of Beginning (The Emerald Atlas series) and The Hobbit.

I also enjoy inspirational literature. One standout and probably my favourite book is Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is nothing to really brag about in this section, this is my first time outside of Australia since I was 10! I went to the Philippines to visit family for a few months when I was younger. Experiencing that sort of culture came to be a huge part of who I am now.

I love cooking, and have been told I bake a mean Sticky Date Pudding.
