Writing the script for a comic/webcomic/graphic novel thing.

ABOUT ME

I like reading books, meeting weird people, and writing short stories. In the winter I like to snowboard. I also like watching the West Wing.

I dislike the very loud garbage trucks that roll by my window in the morning.

I like doing computery things. There is this language called Processing that makes it easy to make pretty pictures by writing computer code. This year I have been working on ways to make it even easier!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Seattle, a pair of CouchSurfers directed me to an amazing festival with a three-story-tall slide. On a plane back to New Jersey, I met a CouchSurfer who builds Frisbee Golf courses with his buddies and was taking his daughter couchsurfing in Manhattan and Montreal.

Then, I found five dollars.

Hopefully I will have more exciting CouchSurfing stories in the future!

Música, películas y libros

I haven't watched too many movies, but I remember liking these a lot: Adaptation, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club.

My taste in music changes pretty quickly. Right now I am really into folk rock (The Hold Steady, Neko Case, Iron & Wine) and some electronic music, mostly the chilled-out kind (Air, The Album Leaf, Cut Copy).

Some of my favorite books are: Consider the Lobster, The Man who was Thursday, Kafka on the Shore, Self-Help (the Lorrie Moore collection, not the genre). I am getting pretty into the Sandman series, too.
