Hi there!

My name is Ben and I'm a young man going through life enjoying and experiencing as much of it as possible. After a one-year period of resting and working in my home city I'm now finally back travelling around. For now I'm making my way through South and East Asia to meet people, get to know their ways of living and to reconsider my own one.

Couchsurfing is just another great way to meet people, see other homes, discussing philosophies and share recipies ;-)

Interests

I truly love handmade music and am very interested in other people's music-philosophy. I'm also playing a few instruments and I'm always keen for a session! Also I'd love to find projects that would take me as a volunteer, maybe we could share experiences about that... Other interests are traveling, philosophy, everything you can get on a flea market, photography and medicine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy some kinds of classical music (for example the violin sonatas of Mozart), or music like folk and singer-songwriter. A good one here is Laura Marling, a friend recommended her some time ago. I really started to enjoy reading only three years ago, so I'm not sure yet, what kind of literature I really like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

O, that's a hard one... Once I refurbished and tuned a piano without knowing what I'm doing. It turned out surprisingly well, that was lucky!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to share my experiences I made with my hobbies, especially instrument lessons for guitar and piano I can offer. Also its really satisfying for me to teach interested people in first aid.
