I'm an easygoing guy - I get along with anyone and everyone. But if you'd sooner spend your evening with good food and good conversation than at a club, I think we'll get along especially well!

A few years back, I somehow got it into my head that I wanted to go on an exchange in Germany. I arrived in a city I'd never been to, in a family I'd never met for three months. Oh, and I could hardly speak a word of German. But over the three months I was there, I made lifelong friendships, learned the language and made a new 'second hometown' for myself!

Having to learn a language from the ground up and build a completely new life in a new place was a life-changing experience for me. It taught me to not be afraid to make mistakes, to be open, to be outgoing and to trust.
