Overview
About Me
I always liked to travel and see different places and people from other countries and now I'm on my biggest adventure to travel through whole Canada for nearly one year! I'm working in the sales department of a furniture industry and after ten years of doing that I'm happy to press pause and see some other things!
I'd describe myself as an honest guy and easy to get along with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's the easiest way to get in touch with locals and of course that's part of travelling, too! Maybe you also find some time to show me around, so that would be the best case scenario :)
I had some experiences with airbnb and although it wasn't that bad I'm hoping for a bit more contact than just hand over the keys ;)
Obviously it doesn't hurt that it's for free.
Since I haven't done it yet I'm not exactly sure, but I think it might be the best way to travel and I definitely would like to experience that!
Interests
travel, music, honest conversations, doing sports in general, watching hockey, good beer and food ;)
Music, Movies, and Books
very different styles of music, so I just pick a few different bands from different styles:
deftones, coldplay, massive attack, system of a down, agoria, björk, sigur ros, milky chance, the doors, patrick wolf, radiohead, annenmaykantereit
films: pulp fiction, mr nobody, fight club, requiem for a dream, 12 monkeys, the fabulous destiny of amelie poulain, american beauty, memento
series: breaking bad, six feet under
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
That's definitely the whole experience I'm making right now on my travel through Canada!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Just in general i like to share my thoughts with other people who like to think out of the box. So i like to get different perspectives on things.
