Hi, I am 22 years old and living in a shared flat in Zurich. I am a student at the ETH learning about electrical engineering. I have already hosted a couple people when I was studying in Munich and I always had enjoyable experiences with the couchsurfers. I really like to meet local people when travelling around, so I also want make travelers feel welcome when they come to Zurich. However, I can only host people when my flatmates also agree.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I heard from friends about Couchsurfing and I was impressed that there was such a concept on a world wide basis. A friend told me that if you like to travel adventurously, you gotta try out Couchsurfing. I really like the idea of meeting locals when travelling and making friends of different cultures. I will also host people visiting Zurich spontaneously.

Interessen

I like all kinds of sports. I am a passionate skier and snowboarder. Just moved to Zurich and still need to figure out all the possibilites here. I also like playing chess and I even used to go to chess tournaments. I like singing though my family doesn't like me singing. I enjoy dancing to electronic music but I also like classical dances. Of course I like travelling, thanks to my parents who took me to a lot of different places on earth.

I don't watch a lot of movies. I just read some self help books like "How to win friends and influence people" and "7 habits of highly effective people". They are quite interesting as you learn a lot about psychology.
