I am a home-grown Singapore Chinese boy, the average looking tall guy and a little awkward at times. Started couchsurfing in the EU while I was having my student exchange. Finished the exchange in Sweden from January 2016 to May 2016 and then travelled non-stop for 40 days.

Not into smoking, drinks occasionally, pretty much sober most of the time.
Not into reading, movies occasionally, pretty much thinking about music most of the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard about Couchsurfing before I came on student exchange but was not very keen in the idea, until my friend recommended me.

I did a couchsurf in Switzerland with a Tunisia family and really enjoyed my stay there! They were really generous with what they have and this was what inspired me. I would like to meet more people who are willing to share what they have - as I want to believe the good in mankind despite all the bad things in the world.

Also, experience! Being a young adult and being curious to the million and one things outside my universe, it'll be good to have a chat and listen to experiences.

And so, I am here!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Like any Singaporean men, I served 20 months of National Service in the Artillery. We call ourselves the Elite Gunners because we are the only unit that operates a heli-borne artillery gun. I went to New Zealand for my first live-firing experience and it was amazing!
