I'm a hitchhiking college student planning on taking a month or so off to visit the west coast. This summer (2019) will be my first experience hitchhiking. As a college student, I study computer science and play in a "pub band".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going on a hitchhiking trip this summer, and while I'm more than happy to camp out, it would be nice to have somewhere to stay a night or so.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As of June 2019 I finished a month long trip tramping around the Pacific coast. I walked, hitchhiked, and took an Amtrak a couple times and got to meet all kinds of interesting people. During the trip I went up to Oregon to check out SOAPFest, a folk punk music festival.
