ABOUT ME

I'm always looking for an adventure. We don't have long on this earth so we need to make the best of it. When I'm older and am settled I don't want to look back and think of things I wish I'd done, rather I want to have stories to tell and experiences to share. I've done a good bit of traveling in Egypt, the Balkans, Turkey, and Western Europe and have always met amazing locals and fellow travelers along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm happy to play host to people passing through the area or that are up for a game whenever I'm not already hosting a full house (most football game day weekends I'm crowded but still feel free to ask!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed over spring break in Florida and it worked out great. I just wish I had more time to explore the area and get to know the host, unfortunately I was just passing through. I'm looking forward to doing it a bit more and hosting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling in Egypt I gave a beggar girl 10LE (less than $2) she asked if it was all for her and started crying and trying to kiss my hand. While it may have been nothing more than an act to get more money, it was still striking to me and drove home the point of just how good I have it and how blessed I am. I hope that I find a path in life that will allow me to use my blessings to help those in tougher situations.
