We are moving to London to start our careers in finance and have an adventure while we are here.

ABOUT ME

We are two Masters students from Brisbane, Australia. We have many interests including travelling (meeting new people, surrounding ourselves with different culture and going to festivals), cinema, games and chilling out. We also love the outdoors though don't have much time for it during our studies.

Sara loves cooking and both of us love eating yummy food. Sometimes our favourite memories of places revolve around the food we had there!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We joined couch surfers because we wanted to experience couchsurfing in Europe. We met great people and experienced things that we would not have without couchsurfing. In our old student house, we regularly hosted travellers who were staying in Brisbane for a long term stay and had some great times.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We immensely enjoyed couchsurfing on our trips and had only positive experiences. Getting to meet great people and sharing food and stories about our respective countries and customs is one of the best things about travelling.

兴趣

We both enjoy nature, but don't get to spend enough time in it. Sara enjoys reading, cooking and crafts and Ben enjoys a little gardening and strategy games. We were both avid cyclists in Brisbane along our wonderful river.

Sara: Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, J D Robb homicide investigation books, lots of other murder mystery books, Classical music, Old Rock music (ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Police, The Rolling Stones, The Doors etc), love reading almost anything from historical non fiction to fiction, action, adventure etc

Ben: Amelie, Miazaki films, Star Wars, Anime, Terry Prachet novels, most music Sara likes (+ Beatles, Jamiroquai, Cold Play etc)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On our adventures to Europe our 2 favourite experiences were 1) taking the train up to Jungfraujoch in the Swiss Alps, and camping in the Alps (only to be woken early the next morning by a herd of sheep running at us!). 2) Witnessing the Aurora Borealis in Kabelvag, Norway.
