First time on couchsurfing :-)

I'm a very outgoing person that loves to travel, outgoing and positive.

I've been working in Belgium as a business manager in recruitment, I just quit my job and started making plans to go on a big trip around the world in 2020.

First stop: Denmark for one night and leave for a trekking to Greenland (August 2020).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought it would be a fun way to meet people and start out as a solo traveller for the first time (a bit scary).
And when (if ;-) ) I return, I can help other couchsurfers lover their travel expenses by opening up my own doors.

When I was 18 I travelled for 1 year around the world with Up with People and stayed with host families, for me this was a great way to get the know the culture. To get in touch with local people I've had some great experiences and learnt a lot. The years that passed since I travelled staying at hotels and hostels, different kind of trips for sure!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm still learning to play the piano (mainly classical music) and love to go out and dance to loud techno music.
I listen to the radio a lot: pop & rock music.

I'm a big fan of Harry Potter (books ; movies) and loves reading childrens books from Belgian author Marc De Bell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hihi, I have no idea! I enjoy the little things in life ;-) Last year I learnt to mono-ski on the water which was pretty great!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to be an amazing creative chef, just throw some things around, spice it up and it will be the bom!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I currently live in Bornem with my brother in his house, which doesn't make hosting very convenient. But I'm a good cook ;-) always welcome for some food if your hungry!
