I prefer last minute requests and generally people who stay a bit more than just one night. In my opinion the essence of travelling is not hurrying from one place to another but really getting to know one place well.

CURRENT MISSION

I like to be free and independent. Just started a job as a teacher at a boarding school for kids coming from vulnerable family situations and in the meantime I'm studying at the University of Teacher Training

ABOUT ME

Independent, nothing can hold me back to go out and explore the world. I love to meet local people and prefer to travel to countries which languages I speak. Addicted to endurance sports like cycling, running and also mountaineering (summer and winter). I love vibrant cities, but also need pure and untouched nature to calm down again.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live a conscious life in the here and now. Of course this is not working all the time. As everybody else I've got my up and downs. I'm a complete supporter of regional and local buying and selling. This also means that I try to take as few flights as possible, as travelling on the ground let's your soul follow your body easier than on a plane. I'm really caring for our planet, I'm not wasting water, nor any other resources, I recycle as much as possible and eat mostly vegetarian, local organic food!
