Overview
About Me
I'm from Alabama and I really love looking at art and pretending to understand it. I live in Austin and lead the local hostel pub crawl. I have several spare bedrooms right now. We live in a nice big house right on the east side of Austin in a little trendy neighborhood. I can point you in the right direction in terms of food, party, and stuff to do!

Love traveling, been through much of Asian and Europe. I love to meet travelers and talk about places they've been. I hang out with travelers once a week at the local hostel.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like local music and I know a few spots that are pretty good. Into foreign films, because subtitles force you to pay attention. Currently reading the hidden life of trees. It's about trees. It's pretty good
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled a bit. I was on the Annapurna Circuit in The Himalayas during a blizzard and I spent some time in rural China. I used to live in South Korea as an English Teacher. It was a good time. I currently work at a company called WP Engine.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have some motorbikes if you want to rip around, old Honda cubs. Love having a chat about where your from, giving travel tips about the USA as well. I've been to about 40 states.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have an extra bed I can set up and whatever you need to come and go. If you need something just ask.
