ABOUT ME

I work in aquaculture where I am starting my own company to provide coastal communities with the means to engage in farming sea cucumbers as an alternative livelihood to fishing (asaqua.com).

I like the outdoors, especially hiking, surfing, snowboarding and fishing. I like socialising over a good meal and hearing about different parts of the world and what people do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Started couchsurfing in Europe and then hosted surfers in Nz, where I had a lot of fun showing people around my own country. Have since lived and done couchsurfing in Madagascar.

Have travelled a lot around New Zealand.. you have to enjoy your own backyard! So I can offer loads of advice on where to go and what to see while you're here.. A little off the beaten tourist tracks!
