I grew up on the small Scottish island of Shetland, stuck way out into the north sea it's as far north as you can go and still be British. Last summer (2015) I graduated from The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow with a masters degree in Product Design Engineering and got stuck straight into not using my degree as I started saving to travel, something I have longed to do for a number of years. Apart from this I enjoy good music, watching films, reading books, drawing and socialising with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling around South and Central America since March, mostly staying in hostels during that time. I've decided it's time to broaden the experience by staying with local people who can share more of their home and culture with me than I might otherwise find when immersed amoung other travellers.
