24 year old Legal Assistant living in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. I studied paralegal and political science and then went on to work for a law firm in my hometown. I am very passionate about politics, international relations and law. I'm currently backpacking Europe and just recently finished up an internship at an NGO called Amnesty International. I believe it is in all our best interest to help human kind and that's why I love doing what I do through humanitarian work as well.

I’m on couchsurfing because I really want to submerge myself into other cultures. I want to stay where the people live, eat what the locals eat and hopefully learn something new about their culture from each person I come in contact with.
