About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To get everything I can out of life, it's way too short to stand idly by.
ABOUT ME
I'm 24 years old and have just finished up college and finally found a job out in Texas. I love traveling and trying new things and when I found out about couchsurfing, it seemed right up my alley. I am very social and love putting myself into situations that challenge me and take me outside my comfort zone. Life stays more exciting that way. I really love meeting new people and seeing how life is lived in their shoes, it's great to gain new perspective on life.
PHILOSOPHY
I have recently been toying with what my personal philosophy is towards life. I guess the best way to put it is to do something you're scared of once a day to keep you on your toes. Having a series of random adventures could lead to something quite meaningful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have a couch to offer if you catch me at the right time and I am interested in surfing when I get the opportunity to travel again.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never couch surfed or had someone couch surf at my place, I'm very excited to see how it ends up. I am also able to meet for coffee or show someone around the city if they would like.
Interests
Socializing, traveling, cooking, I love music and watch the occasional movie and television show. I like to read, depending on the genre. I love learning new things and trying out random hobbies to see if any of them stick with me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like Vince Flynn (he's sort of like Tom Clancy). My favorite book is Douglas Adams-Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I don't know why but it's just a fantastic read. I like any music genre aside from country and perhaps polka and if you catch me on the right day, I'll even listen to it. Oh and for movies, I enjoy most anything, I can't think of one in particular at the moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the opportunity to work in Australia back in 2008 and took a road trip around the continent with my best friend... that and travelling through Europe on my own for a moth are the two most amazing things I have done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a Freemason (if anyone knows what that is). I have some interesting knowledge about the organization but I guess it also crosses over to philosophical stuff and history. I am always open to good discussion and really enjoy conversing with interesting individuals.
