ABOUT ME

I'm young and inexperienced when it comes to this world, but can't wait to dive in headfirst. I sold almost everything I own to be able to release my ties from my hometown, and to explore the world we live in. I started my adventure by moving to Grasse, France for Cooking. To learn on a culinary level, and cultural level for 6 months. And now I'm taking the next step, and immersing myself in the vast variety of cultures and the people within them, anywhere and everywhere that might take me.

I cook, and I love doing it. Only a few years into it, and am constantly trying to learn more. Satisfaction and gratitude from those I cook for is something that keeps the flame burning for me. My goal is to not only explore through various cultures, but to participate in local culinary experiences. Whether it be family meals, working in local restaurants, or checking out local markets. But in no way does that mean that I don't want to participate elsewhere!

Música, películas y libros

I generally listen to upbeat Hip hop, and mellow guitar. A few of my favorite artists being Chiddy Bang and Jack Johnson. I also really enjoy electronic music. I grew up in a household where my parents played nothing but Jazz and Funk, and anything my older sister could dance to. I'm a love music I can dance to too, where I can show off my less than impressive moves. I love just about all music, as long as it sends good vibes with the melody.

For movies it's all over the place too! Movies like Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight, Dazed and Confused are definitely some of my favorites. But more than anything I love watching movies by Quentin Tarantino. The obscurity and originality behind his films always make for good entertainment!

Dropping everything I have at home, to move minimally to France to cook in a michelin restaurant. I have never been on another Continent other than North America, and have never moved away from home city, so it's a big jump in my life, and its not even close to being over!
