ABOUT ME

I'm a 20 year old future-adventurer from Hamburg, Germany. After having finished school last year I am now taking the time explore, wonder and be curious while traveling across Asia.
I want to meet lovely people that share my interests and those that don't. I want to see the sights I always wished to see and be taken to those I didn't know existed. Breathe, expand, live. Thus my current mission to take it all in - and be overwhelmed by the beauty of it all.

PHILOSOPHY

Belief changes with every other phase in life - what I truly trust in today, I might find ridiculous already tomorrow. There are some things though that I found to be true throughout all the phases, one of which is the following:
I believe that the greatest gift we all share is the interaction with this world in general, more specifically the human interaction. Wether you believe in god(s) or souls or whatever, this is something I guess we can all relate to. Everybody got his/her very own unique story to tell, some have an abyss eating in their unconscious, some just a small valley, but we all have mountains as well. Everyone is different, by genes and by influence - and we as humans alone on this planet posess differentiable language and thus have the chance to share these landscapes with each other. Like that, there are infinite grounds to explore on this earth, not only the physical ones, but the plains inside each and every human.

My oncoming travels are going to be my first real connection with this community after some half-hearted attempts. I hope to be welcomed the way I want to welcome you guys once I get back to a stable home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I indulge in music. I don't care about genres though - as long as a song is good it's good and my ears are open to anything. I listen to music ranging from classical pieces over electro to death metal, don't be afraid to show me what you listen to !
Regarding Books.. I am hell of a slow reader haha. I still read a lot. I used to dive into fantasy realms like Harry Potter, Eragon, Barthimäus,... now it's mostly spiritual and language-learning lecture.
Movie-wise my favorites are: What's Eating Gilbert Grape; The Last Samurai; Kung-Fu Hustle; The Zoolander; Cloud Atlas; Avatar. Oh and I like anime.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Plitvicka Jezera and Scocjanske Jame are among the most beautiful things I have seen when traveling across Europe last year living in an old bus.
