I'm on couchsurfing because I love to travel and meet people, I think Couchsurfing is a great platform to meet locals and experience authentic culture.
I am currently still at University and travel in the holidays but greatly appreciate the people that can host me and I hope to be able to host people myself in Australia when I get my own place.

Whilst staying in Livingstone Zambia I met a local that showed me around his village and i got to witness a tribal celebration that i still remember to this day.
