Greetings :)
I am a beginner permaculture farmer, engineer/designer, minimalist, nature-lover, holistic facilitator, yogi, meditator, photographer, and writer.
I live a life that is a continuous journey of becoming more alive, more real, and more fully aligned with this beautiful world. I am a passionate, curious, and playful person with a deep and intimate love for life. I seek to embrace the mysteries, challenges, and complexities with honesty, sensitivity, and vulnerability; I am always growing and transforming.

I am an engineer and designer, but I have left the corporate world to explore all that is more meaningful to our lives and all life on earth. I am passionate about community resiliency, cultural evolution, re-skilling, learning how to grow healthy food sustainably, and re-inventing the way we do things. I am currently managing a small high-diversity farm on my island. I also facilitate experiential workshops into greater connectedness, mindfulness, and wholism.

My partner, who will be traveling with me this January, is named Angèle and is fluid in French and English. She is a certified yoga instructor and loves being outside, helping people, and making friends with strangers. :)

We are both mindful, healthy eaters who love to cook delicious meals!

I won't be hosting again until spring 2018:
As a host, I have many things I can share, but mostly it is the simple and wholesome lifestyle of living in the wilderness far from malls and traffic--because that is where you will be if you surf with me. :) I have a kayak and live in a cove, so there is always the option of going exploring by sea. I don't own a car, but the grocery store is only a ten minute walk up a quiet country road, and this is probably one of the best hitch-hiking communities in the world. If you're interested in farming and permaculture, I might put you to work at the farm I manage across the street. ;)
