ABOUT ME

I am 31 years young who graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio. I have a optimistic attitude and am outgoing. I love to experience new cultures and new people.

I enjoy outdoor sports with an adrenaline rush, such as white water rafting, skydiving etc...

I am very fortunate that what I do to obtain a living is also my passion of helping people lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's so rewarding for both me and my patients.

PHILOSOPHY

I try and live by the golden rule....I think that this is what all religions have in common..I also try and help people when able.

Continue to step out of my comfort zone; to seek out and try different ways of finding happiness; to be thankful for everything I have and to be satisfied with what I have rather; To bring as much happiness and joy to this world that I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed about numerous times and have had great experiences. I try my best to host when I can and want to do more in the future. The concept is amazing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been involved for a about 8 years now and can't say enough wonderful things about it. I have met some really amazing people while CS'n and can't wait to meet more. It shows how good people are and can be.

Learning about new cultures and people is something that really fascinates me. I like sports and things that are adventurous as well. I have a passion for healthy living and aging. Constantly working on being the best version of my self and helping others do the same
