ABOUT ME

I'm 22 years old and come from Scotland. I've just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in German and Spanish and am currently working towards a masters degree in Latin American Studies at the University of Cambridge. I love music, cinema, and theatre and am also a keen rower and boulderer.

I love to travel and hope that I'll see as much of the world as possible in my lifetime!

PHILOSOPHY

I say just let life come as it comes. It's good to plan sometimes but spontaneity is life at its best. Go out, meet people, enjoy.

I love to host when I can, but, because I travel quite a bit, I'm used to meeting more people when they host me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted and also been to a couple of places. I love it!

兴趣

I'm a very sociable person; I like to go out and see lots of different things. Cities are great but I enjoy relaxing with a book now and then. I play the piano and the viola so some time is taken up practicing!

I am a big fan of walking, trekking and being outdoors in the fresh air, experiencing nature at its best - rain or shine, it doesn't matter!

I'm currently researching Chilean contemporary cinema for my thesis so I'm always up for a discussion with film buffs.

Looking over the nightscape of New York City from the Empire State Building was incredible!

More recently, seeing the sunrise over the famous Torres del Paine in the Chilean Patagonia was absolutely mind-blowing. What an amazing part of the world.
