I live in Sydney Australia and teach people how to drink alcohol with mindfulness.

PHILOSOPHY

Karma is my main one. But not 100% sure. But when I signed up I had my leg up in a hostel bed in Argentina- I'd just come from the specialist with a suspected broken foot. When they told me it was busted I had decided I was going to have to go home. So in the 20 minutes it took for the nurse to come back and say it was just ligament damage I'd already figured out about 10 ways to get my arse quickly back to South America. I guess my philosophy has to be something about if you have set-backs, don't sit around whinging. Pull your head in and sort a way out to fix it!

Have loved meeting the cool people I´ve met so far. Will do my best to meet people and potentially offer up a couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great so far. Everybody has been really helpful and prior to signing up I had many people stay on mine for months at a time in Oz. Once due to a major flood while I was at uni. And more recently, my place in Bondi was called the Roscoe hotel. It was only a 3 bedroom apartment but we had so many people coming through, it was like a hostel. The couch copped a battering!

Interests

All sport, throw anything at me and I'll try it. But mainly football and surfing. I'll give any music a chance and am a mediocre guitar player (Teach me!). I also love to have a beer in a relaxed setting. Notably by the beach or in a new environment.
I love food and trying new things. I'll eat anything.

Movies- Tarrantino, Judd Apatow, old school gangster flicks
Music- Everything from 60's rock (The Doors, Led Zepplin) to modern day over the top electronic music (Boys Noize, Soulwax)
But i will give any music a go. Most recently saw a la bomba live show and it was phenomenal. Anything live that rips will do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Germany 2006 during the World Cup. Show me a party bigger than this and I will be there in a heartbeat.

I have the desire to be an entrepreneur and have one of my pipe dreams become a reality. Whether it be a screenplay or business proposal I love to here what other people have in their think tank.
