I am a 34 years old easygoing, optimistic guy, willing to travel, to meet new people and discover new culture...

I just quit my former job as an engineer in Paris and moved to Bordeaux a few month ago to teach yoga, try to lurn how to surf a bit better and well just enjoy life even more...

One of the fundamental in my life is probably music... hard to spend a day without it...
And well, of course yoga and meditation are also part of my equilibrium for the past few years, and so happy that I now get to share it with people for 4 years now!!! And of course trying to find a way to travel as much as possible!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's always hard to pick one or two specific moment in a lifetime... But if I have to it might be my trip to Bali... the beauty of landscape, the kindness of people there and the atmosphere when traveling around the island.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn Spanish, and discover more and share on yoga and meditation...
I can teach guitar basis, and a little bit on photography technics... and well of course I can teach yoga or just share a practice!
