About Me

ABOUT ME

Arty punk type living in Sheffield after a couple of years drifting round the UK and Northern Europe. During the day I work as a journalist of sorts covering food and farming issues, though my main aim in life is to experience as much as possible and keep creating. I play drums in a DIY hardcore band.

PHILOSOPHY

Strive to survive causing the least suffering possible.

Interests

Hardcore and punk music, growing food, skateboarding, anti-capitalism, informal education, cynicism, social politics, environmentalism, football, writing and sharing zines, writing on walls, veganism, swimming, cycling missions, bivvy bags, tea, beer, garlic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After standing with my back to the hills with my thumb out until it was too dark to see, I fell asleep by the side of a road in South-East France, having hitched all day and only just made it out of the Italian Alps before dusk. When I woke up in the morning I realised that behind me was the most breathtaking chateau perched on top of the nearest peak. Was awesome.
