A 23 year old Norwegian/Dutch girl who wants to see the world and experience adventures! I was born in the Netherlands but when I was 8 we moved to Norway where I grew up on a little beautiful island called Svanoy with 60 inhabitants. Returned to the Netherlands (Groningen) when I was 20 to study and make new friends, and lived in that fantastic city for 4 years. I love to play games, being close to nature, drink beer or wine, and talk about whatever. I am social, positive and love to meet new people. Came to Australia on a WHV with my boyfriend Willem to go on an adventure together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couchsurfed in Peru when I was there on my around-the-world backpacking trip in 2014. Was a great experience and hope to return the favor some day.
I love the way you get to experience life with a local host and how it gives your visit to their city a whole new dimension. I love talking and sharing thoughts, experiences and making new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of music. My dad taught me well and I am currently into 70's and 80's music but I can enjoy just about anything if it's the right mood. Been going to concerts and festivals since I was 14 to enjoy the music and the atmosphere.
A real bookworm as well, even though I haven't found the time to read as much as I would have wanted lately. Fiction, historical novels, psychological thrillers and much more...Same for movies actually.
