Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I think Couch Surfing is such an amazing way to travel. Why be alone in a hotel room, when you can get to know a fellow human being and share stories and get a local's take on the city?! :)

I also want to help others be able to have the same benefits once I settle down more and can offer a couch of my own.

I'm fascinated by people! We are all so unique, and have such vastly different stories share. I love trading travels stories, hearing about other people's journeys. :)

Music: I pretty much like everything that sounds pleasant to the ear... Atyya has stolen my heart lately... Also Clozee, REZZ, Goopsteppa, Tor, the Librarian...

I grew up on hip hop... It will always hold a special place for me... I also played guitar and mandolin in a folk/bluegrass band for a couple years.

My favorite movie of all time is probably Shawshank Redemption... A great film!!

Books: The Time Machine (H.G. Wells), Room, Mutant Message Down Under, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Handmaid's Tale, Inverted World... So many good books out there!!

Probably the most amazing this I've seen was, while snorkeling at Molokini, I saw an octopus change colours and patterns and swim away right in front of me!

I've bungee-jumped at the WEM water park. I would love to do it outdoors some day soon. I also need to check skydiving off my list very soon.

I love to cook! I also never mind helping out with household chores, and I always keep my living area neat and tidy.

I love hearing about peoples' lives and I generally have very meaningful conversations and can offer useful and genuine insights.

I'm also pretty handy with fixing things, including computers!
