ABOUT ME

I just graduated from Pacific Union College, a small Liberal Arts college in the scenic Napa Valley, with a Bachelors of Science in Music. I caught the travel bug from going on holidays with my parents, and my dream is to travel extensively around Europe. I need to get all my travelling done before August when I start medical school. Medicine is something that I believe will be very fulfilling and worthwhile, but I won't have a lot of time to travel once I start, so I'm trying to see as much of the world as possible while I'm young!

I'm currently doing a big Europe trip and will be surfing as much as I can, but will be hosting in California starting this August when I get my own flat!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm fairly new to CouchSurfing.com, but my first experience surfing was AMAZING.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Swimming with Jellyfish at Jellyfish Lake in Palau was amazing- the sheer amount of Jellyfish going to the depths of the lake, and being able to swim around them without being stung. They are such beautiful creatures and the way they undulated in the water was so graceful and spectacular.

Another moment was just standing on the top of Diamond Peak Ski Resort at Lake Tahoe. The view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas was magnificent, especially right after 4 feet of snow had fallen. It was like a winter wonderland, with treetops covered in white fluff and the sun glistening off the lake in the distance. My friends and just couldn't get over the view. Plus the power made for great snowboarding!
