I´m living my life as thoughtful, ecological and relaxed as I can be. I like to spend time in revolutionary ^^ projects, crafting or with friends.

I like to do sports like running, biking and swimming (or martial arts) but nowdays I mostly just run together with a friend of mine along the river Rhine in town. I like the alps.

I like to discuss about life philosophies (especially with sober people) and about getting better in life as a person, as a community and as a part of nature.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My first experiences on an organic farm working cooperatively impressed me bigtime. It made me feel like it can be really giving to create stuff and build up projects not just for the own ego, but for a bigger meaning.
