About Me
Born in the US, raised in France. Just finished my Culinary Arts Certificate at Santa Barbara City College. Im now back in France at my parents house on a short vacation before traveling to Asia. I'm sure I will be doing a lot of couch surfing so I'm more than happy to help a fellow traveler!
"Important Please read"
For you future couch surfer, I do not live in Montpellier, but in a nearby village called Grabels, you can get there by tramway and bus, please follow my directions in the additional information in the home section. thanks, cheers!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Planning on traveling and living in Asia for a while - will definitely sleep on a few couches! In the meantime, let me return the favor.
Interests
Interested in anything related to food. Cooking, farming, food politics, food history... you name it. I'm a walking belly!
But I'm particularly curious about this "back to basics," simple living trend we've been experience those past several years. I have an affection for backyard gardening and home crafts. I'm a hippie. XD

Music, Movies, and Books
French Electro music, best music in the world. Ahah
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Took my motorcycle from Santa Barbara to North Dakota, passing by Crater lake, Mt Rainier, the glacier road at Jasper, and Saskatoon. End up working the season near the Badlands as a cook, waiter, dishwasher, bartender, in between cowboy hats and horses.
