ABOUT ME

I am a photographer who has shot mainly music, but also political events and set stills. I really love what I do because I get to meet so many interesting people and I get to promote local and talented musicians as well as cover important news stories. I have usually had to maintain a day job like my last job, working at a camera store, but I am on my way to hopefully doing photography full time. I love to check out new live music and exchange music libraries with people. I mainly love indie rock (and no, I am not a hipster, haha) and all other kinds of music.

PHILOSOPHY

I think if everyone did their small part, the world could be a much better place. I also believe in morality in the absence of religion. I am not religious although I respect those that are. I just wish people would do things just because they are right and not because they are threatened by eternal consequences or the idea of a big brother watching them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just returned from India and couch surfed at a few homes. I had a great experience and hope to start hosting people myself soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed at two different homes in Bombay and one in New Delhi. I have also met some great people through couch surfing in India without staying with them. I now feel like I have a second family in India and would love to go back some day.

Intereses

I love to hike and get outdoors. I love to try new foods, meet new people, go dancing, experience culture.

Música, películas y libros

I love movies, especially documentaries. Recent movies I loved are Inception, True Grit, and Exit Through the Gift Shop.

I got to be in a group that was the recipient of a song and dance given to us as thanks for coming to help in Swaziland. It was an irreplaceable experience.

I am not sure what to put here other than exchanging life experiences which I am very interested in doing. Although I am definitely not an expert, I would be open to teaching people a little about photography if people were interested.
