I was born and raised in New York . Originally I am Eritrean but now I reside in New York City and study in Paris, France.

I've always been a people's person. Whenever I have time I try to engage with new people. Either through record stores, music events, or just simple conversations. Being from a diverse background it's only natural for me to understand other people and appreciate different cultures.

I love to bust jokes but also have deep discussions about life. I love my music, my food, and my wine. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way to meet new people and to build cultural capital. I've never been a real fan of hotels. Homes are more comfortable and welcoming. Engaging with others a trading values really builds character.

I so happen to be fortunate to have a place in the center of Paris. It sucks to pay for expensive hotels or Airbnb's. Save money, and use it to better your experience in the city ;)

Interests

I collect a lot of records, and also go to events. Also meeting new people within music and just in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One night I decided to go to Berlin spontaneously for two weeks. Had limited amount of money stayed in a hostel one night. Met a producer/DJ at a party I was attending. Ended up staying at theirs for two weeks. Now we are close friends sharing music and concepts. :)
