Hi there,

My name is Berend. I am a 30 year old tourmanager from the north of the netherlands. Next to my work with my bands I am studying at the Academy for Pop Culture in Leeuwarden to get a degree in my workfield.

I love to travel when I have the time. I do go on tours with some of the bands with whom I work. But for my weekends of I love to go to other european citys or invite people over to my place.

I didnt even know untill now that there is actually a website to do this, I guess I am not the digital kind of guy.

I am couchsurfing because I friend in London who I was staying with for the weekend told me that I did it the old fashioned way and that there was a website to get a place to sleep :)

I love to travel to other cities and countries just to get to know other cultures and meet different people. I think hostels are dirty places and that where you only meet other travellers. I have always done it this way, just not online yet!

Intereses

Music and other arts. I work as a tourmanager and next to that also get to concept and sometimes even produce musicvideos from time to time. These are the two most easy to say interest.

Next to that I go out swimming a few times a week, I try to be a reasonable cook and I love to go out with friends.
