ABOUT ME

Hey,

I'm Berend, 24 years old. Studying Humanistics. Really like the idea of sharing your place for travellers since in my opinion as a traveller you should not be forced to pay for a bed. Consumentism can be prevented in many ways and think everybody can do a little job to make this happen :)

My hobbys are slacklining, juggling, hanging around with friends, squash also try to play a little bit of saxophone, going to music events etc. etc.

Also like to ready (philosophy /novels) few authors i like: Haruki murakami, kurt Vonnegut, Michel Foucault, Judith Butler, Milan Kundera, Jack Kerouac, Henk oosterling, Albert Camus, Gabriel Markus, etc etc.

really into dumpsterdiving both food and other stuff as well so if you like to skip & cook some good meals with me your more then welcome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When there are so many houses and a lot of cool people, it's nonsense to buy an expensive hotel in my opinion!
