when someone comes to your place,they tell you so many great things about their place,you feel like going there aswell!!
ALCOHOL:when you go out at night and drink,make sure you also drink enough water,because the alcohol absorves it from your body,and in response of water lack,you'll have a headeck!more then 60per cent of all headeck are caused by lack of water in your body,so make sure you drink 1,5 till 2 liters per day,and you'll see you'll have to buy less aspirine!!
