I'm a dreamer and a traveler, the person with both feet on the ground and the heart in the right place. I like to try new things, am not afraid of experiments, think positive and believe in best. I believe in good energy and accept challenges to develop myself.
I'm independent and can easily entertain myself, but also would love to hang out with new friends. I prefer cozy places/bars or even to have a drink at home than to go clubbing and partying hard. I'm open minded and really appreciate mutual respect. We can have different views on things (it's totally fine) but have to respect the right of the other one to have their own opinion. I like cooking and can cook for you but I'm not a professional chef, just saying ;-)
I sometimes have to contact my family and friends who's overseas which means big time difference (8+ hours) so I need some place where I can talk on the phone (I'm fine with doing it outside to not disturb anyone). I'm a quiet and sensitive person, don't do noise (listen to music and watch movies on my laptop with earphones :))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to meet new interesting people, experience countries and cultures with a local view (by being more likely an authentic traveler than a regular tourist), and also I need to save some money to continue studies.
I joined the community couple of years ago but didn't really use it as it wasn't the right time for my travels. I worked and tried to get to a better place. Now I feel it's time to go on the road, change decorations, widen my mind and find new friends.

Interests

I like to meet sunrises and sunsets on the beach, ride a bicycle, chat with friends, laugh and dance, look for secret places with beautiful views, have picnics in nature; I like wind in my hair, sun rays in my hands, and good music in my iPod.
I'm more likely home person but like to explore. I'm not going to sit days in the house but also not living night life and usually prefer to have a good night sleep.

I believe that we can learn from each other and this experience is more valuable than academic studies. I would like to know people and learn about their lives and lives of their communities (if they are up to share of course). We are really separated in our huge world, countries and continents have no idea how fellow humans live in the other parts of the planet. All the information our media sources provide us with is usually more a propaganda than a truth. Only live communication gives us the unique opportunity to learn, to understand better and to become wiser in general.
