Overview
About Me
I am a medical resident in Barcelona. I am opened to everything new and excited to have new experiences while travelling abroad.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am here because of several reasons:
1) Meeting new people is always a good chance to build up the frienship;
2) Since I am a student my financial capability is limited, and couchsurfing is a unique opportunity to organize a lowcost travel.

Music, Movies, and Books
Contemporary pop music, Russian and Soviet music; classic music sometimes.
Mainstream movies.
I read the books by the list of "100 books to read in a lifetime". I have just read "1984" by George Orwell. Once I finish the list, hopefully I will be able to name my favourite author and book.
I really like visiting theatres: opera and ballet. The last ones I watched were "Evgeny Onegin" at Almaty theatre.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe I will do something cool in future. The greatest thing for me now is to write a good scientific paper and publish it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I can teach Russian to couchsurfers interested in learning it. We also can talk about science and arts, the most interesting topics for me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am from Kazakhstan, a country of hospitable people. We like to have guests and to be guests, and if you are invited you need to bring something with you to give it to the host. So, I'll take for sure some authentic Kazakh souvenirs for the hosts and maybe something more.
