About Me

Used to be someone led by "what others might say" but realized that my pride was my cancer. So now I rock a biker 'tashe one day and get rid of it the other. Makes for great conversation especially if you are pumping out YMCA all day long from your headphones.

World is a liberating place, especially if you stop being so damn uptight & worried. Snowball yourself out of norms and meanings defined for you by those who feel comfortable oppressed.

Carl Sagan is my man crush. I am more positive than a proton.

Music, Movies, and Books

I thrill when i drill a bicuspid.

Tons of books. My likes and dislikes are paragraphs. So I will give you three names; Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Dilbert & A Series of Unfortunate Events, Slaughterhouse Five. Do what you want with that information!

When it comes to my movie satisfaction, it's mindless violent action. Or sci-fi with action. Or romance with action. Oh that last one didn't sound right.

Die Hard, GhostBusters, Big Fish, Dante's Peak, Back to the Future. Those are my favorites at this time! And I watch the same films over and over again, so sue me.

Cosmos, BSG, HUMAN (2015) and Star Trek. And recently I am really enjoying The Walking Dead. Hmm. I might be a space nut.

I survive on cheesecake, noodles, potatoes and chicken. If chicken was a fruit I'd be a vegetarian.

Music, is a hard question. Let's just say Jim Steinman plus lots of other things. Mainly rock and murder & power ballads!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

Where I am going to go to trekking. Whether or not I should pack a tent. Oh SLCD, nuts, hexes and whatever I can pack. Being a splatter for the rest of my life doesn't sound fun, in a spiritual sense, of course.

How androgynous humans are gods.

How Rumi & Yunus' works can give me goosebumps although I am not even close to being religious.

Graduated as a chemist, done some biochemistry afterwards, so perhaps I might find a grant for research in evolutionary biochemistry. Until then, odd jobs awaits!

I am good with FPGAs & various micro-controllers. Electronics are the physical aspect of programming that I like. That's a hobby grew from modding/programming games.

Quite handy at repairing recording equipment and know my way around analog / digital signal processors / mixers, making motorized faders dance. Fun job, taking a screwdriver to some annoying recording engineer's desk.

Worked as a digital producer assistant, implementing VEVO in several regions.

If it involves frames of images or tape rolls of music, good chance I will be all over it. I love my computer as much as I love my trekking pack. Rock opera & Broadway are my lifeline; I enjoy songs with a story.

Organ and drums make a very odd combination of things I am good at, studied in London. Also I grill and bake things. So far, 99% of people who had my food lived to eat another day..

I also love sending and receiving letters. If you don't know what it feels like to open an envelope sealed thousands of miles away, you are seriously missing out.

Poetry is something I cannot get myself out of. None of my friends would know that of course. My poetry is for those who I don't yet know too well! Who shall I say is calling?
