ABOUT ME

I'm a funny guy who loves to travel a lot and meet other people and to throw myself into adventures!! I'm 28 now and working as a structural engineer in Stuttgart, Germany. I started recently to discover cooking of very interesting recipes. I like sports very much and always very competitive =D I started 2 years ago to listen to vinyls and now I have a small collection of 60's - 70's music. Some bands and singers I really like are Bob Dylan, The Doors, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, Marvin Gay and a lot more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that we don't come from different countries but rather all come from just one place and that is called ... earth! And I believe that we should see as much as possible of this beautiful place as much as we can. So thats why I want to stay at local peoples place and get to know them and their culture.

Interests

To say it in one word I'm a very active person who loves adventures and to try new things. When I was young I played varsity basketball since I graduated from University, but during my college time in the US I discovered a lot of new things like skydiving, surfing or scuba diving. I always enjoy a good night out with friends where we can dance all night.
I also love to travel the world but unfortunately I have seen only Europe and US but thats why I'm here and want to explore the rest.

Teach, Learn, Share

Something I always like to share with people is a lot of stories I have experienced through my whole life. In fact people keep telling me that I talk a lot and at work they gave me the title of their personal entertainer =D I guess I like to be clown-like and just lough with them. One other thing I kind of always do is explain people how building or bridges function and all the litte details that make it so special. I really like my profession as a structural engineer, which explains why I also love good architecture (modern but even more old and ancient one).

LEARN ...... My favorite languages are Spanish and Portuguese and therefore I start learning Spanish but still have to improve a lot. I also started to play Guitar when I find time to practice it actually. But I'm open to learn always new things .....
