About Me

Current Vibe:

Juggling work with doses of travel, whether solo or with friends. Even better, it’s all about meeting new people, having conversations about anything and everything, and soaking up every moment to live a fuller, happier life.

By day, I’m your corporate guy—but toss in a little spontaneity when I’m with the right crowd. If I’m not in the office, you might catch me in a meeting (ugh) or, much better, out in the field doing something cool.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My work doesn’t make me rich, but it gives me the fulfillment of doing something good for the environment and people (definitely not a saint, though!). I enjoy connecting with people, sharing stories, and helping out when I can.

Plus, my job lets me travel (for now, just locally) and experience different cultures firsthand.

That’s why I’m on Couchsurfing—to enjoy more of what I love: meeting new people, swapping travel tips, and sharing experiences under the sun!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Alternative, Pop, RnB—I’m pretty open to anything. I used to DJ part-time in college, so I’ve spun a little bit of everything.

Movies:
I’m into a mix—Apocalypto, The Woman King, White Chicks, Spirited Away, and Grave of the Fireflies. I also enjoy a good comedy, sci-fi, or animated movie.

Series:
I’m a bit of a sci-fi, dark & magic, and a comic book nerd, but I also enjoy shows like Greek and Spartacus.

Books:
Some favorites are The Alchemist, The Little Prince, and a few sociology reads.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Aside from solo travel, I love meeting new people and connecting strangers until we’re a crew of 10 or so, all exploring together.

Some of my favorites include snowmobile racing (jk, that’s not safe lol), river rafting, canyoneering and plenty more adventures along the way.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’d love to share what CSers are curious about—my culture, hometown, or a bit about me! It’d be great to chat over a drink and exchange stories.

I’m all about learning from our differences while finding ways to connect. It’s awesome how we can still vibe, right? I’m open to trying new things and sharing what I know.

From Filipino food (maybe I’ll cook!), to language, or even my gym routine (I do a bit of Muay Thai), I’m happy to share whatever comes up!

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I’m free, I can show you around the city, take you to some hidden spots for food and drinks, and maybe do whatever else is fun and doable. Haha!
