Overview
About Me
I'm reasonable, rational and usually keep my both feet on the ground. I ask (too) many questions and question everything. I'm skeptical in most cases but curious at the same time. In Poland we say that curiosity is the very first step to hell. Oh well ;) for now you can meet me in Boston.
I was born and raised in Poland, so yeah, there is an accent. Right now I'm based in Boston, Massachusetts, but working remotely allows me to be anywhere in the US and I take advantage of that quite often.
I'm very open minded and easy going and make friends everywhere I go (especially at the airports, lol), but also sarcastic, so pardon my specific sense of humor. People usually love that about me :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For the same reason I do other crazy things in life, and that reason is: "because why not?".
I usually travel alone and spontaneously, so having a host who knows my destination very good makes my life easier and my time there more valuable. I love sharing experiences, being helpful and long conversations over a cup/glass of whatever.
So far my CS experiences turned either into a lifelong friendship, or nice dinner and conversation, and I would want to keep it up!
Interests
traveling, nature, music, history, psychiatry and psychology (especially gender studies, sexism, stereotypes and discrimination), changing my hair color all the time (silver was my favorite, can't wait to naturally get there), nutrition and cooking - I know all of the rules of healthy lifestyle and eating...and I break them all.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I grew up on rock music, but I kinda have an idea what's on top nowadays. I used to play keyboard, too, and I even was pretty good at it! But as a performer, not an artist. And I didn't like that.
Movies: so so many.. "Bitter Moon" is one of the first movies that come to my mind when I think about my favorite ones. and all that David Fincher ever did. and Kevin Smith. and many more.
Books: I grew up on "Ann of Green Gables" series by Lucy M. Montgomery. I guess it will always be my favorite book :) but now I mostly read psychological ones and college textbooks. and some Polish authors you've probably never heard of.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've visited PEI in Canada. this is where Lucy M. Montgomery wrote "Ann of Green Gables" and this is where I wanted to go since I was a little girl.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Polish, it's always fun. I can also walk you around Boston, because exploring this beautiful city never gets old.
