A valuable experience for me is, and was, to see how people behave in extreme exceptional situations. They suddenly support each other, are deeply grateful and humble and selfless.
Why is this only during or shortly after disasters? How much nicer could it be if it was always like this? What a wonderful thought this is, how much better it could be if we always had a certain respect for each other and showed understanding.
