ABOUT ME

I am an easy going, open-minded, respectful, neat and tidy French guy. Single and non smoker. I am a web content manager and I used to be a journalist on radios a few years ago. I have especially internet and photography skills that I use sometimes around the world in exchange for room and board.

The sabbatical year I have started 6 years ago has turned into a new way of life, alternative and more sustainable. The last 6 years I've lived in Canada (twice), Ireland, Nepal, Japan, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Italy.
I was born in the North of France but have been living in Paris for 20 years. I was lucky to travel in 60 countries, especially in Asia and Himalayas. I enjoy taking pictures of my trips.
I am interested in psychology, yoga, tibetan bouddhism, meditation and oriental philosophies. I wish I could go to Tibet and Bhutan some day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted several times in Canada, Thailand, Israël, Palestinian territories and Taiwan. I also hosted 2 times at my place in Paris.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I climbed the historical way of Mount-Fuji from the bottom to the top in one breath! (That's crazy, don't do that!)

I walked the Way of St-James, an old 1 650 km pilgrimage road between France and Spain and an amazing international experience (september-october 2014). It took me 49 days... I also walked the Robert Louis Stevenson Trail.

I met the last tattoo artist of the Philippines in her village, a very remote area (see picture)

I took a 10 day vipassana meditation class... 10 days in silence facing myself!
