About Me

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!” - Hunter S. Thompson

That's my philosophy. Life's tough, enjoy it, do whatever you want to do, experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always loved to travel, so, now that i'm starting my own travels throughout this world, i thought Couchsurfing would be an amazing opportunity to enhance my experience in a foreign country, meeting new people, connecting and discovering what's around me. I learned about couchsurfing from a friend of mine who traveled through europe alone.

Interests

Art is a big part of my life. It's incredible the range of feelings you can have just by reading a book, watching a movie or seeing a sculpture. I'm currently studying cinema, so movies are super important for me. Music is as important, can't imagine a day without music. I'm really interested in politics, philosophy and the human condition, football.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is were it get's complicated. I love music, cinema and literature so much, it becomes hard form me to specify any favorite. I consider myself an eclectic person, my music taste ranges from Miles Davis to Action Bronson. I guess my favorite bands/artists right now are Queens of the Stone Age, Baroness and Kendrick Lamar. I love the beat generation (Jack Kerouac, William S. Burroughs, etc), classic authors like Dostoyevsky, political literature and i think the best written book i've ever read's "Macbeth". I would say my favorite movie right now is "The Big Lebowski", but it fluctuates depending on what i'm feeling, my mood, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can touch my nose with my tongue! i think that's pretty impressive! Also, i managed to go to four music festivals in one year, three of them for free.
