Hey, I’m Bernardo, or Bernie, Nado, Bê, or Mr. Brazil if you’re into that kind of thing.

I’m a psychiatrist who’s been dodging burnout by wandering the world. I travel to feel small, learn stuff they didn’t teach me in med school, and meet weird, beautiful people that I’d never find in a clinic waiting room.

I’ve backpacked for a year straight, done some volunteering that actually mattered, and had way too many conversations about life, death, and the perfect fried egg (spoiler: it’s all about timing and a hot pan).

I’m not here looking for a place to crash, I just love Couchsurfing as a way to connect with real people in real places. So if you’re down to share stories, music, local food, or just sit in silence for a bit and stare at the sky, hit me up.
